Morning
J'ouvert (pronounced "Jou-vay") is derived from French patois and means 'daybreak'. Jouvert marks the official start of the two day carnival celebrations inTrinidad & Tobago. It usually officially commences at 4:00 a.m. on Carnival Monday.

In Trinidad and Tobago Carnival is an annual event held on the Monday and Tuesday before Ash Wednesday. We at Identity Entertainment encourage you to experience this spectacular festival at least once. Join us as we parade through the capital city Port of Spain. It will do you well to be participants in colorful costumes, enjoying the exuberant celebrations.

A good note is that the word "J'Ouvert" comes from the French "jour ouvert," meaning daybreak.
